This website is owned and operated by Goldie Club Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Goldie Club. Goldie Club Limited offers this website, including all information tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, polices and notices stated on here.
On purchase of an item from this website, providing you accept prior to purchase, you agree to the conditions of engagement stated below. Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly, if you do not agree to the conditions provided, then you are not applicable to use our services.
New features added to this store will also be subject to the terms of conditions. The terms and conditions can be reviewed at any time on this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This store is hosted on Shopify Inc. This is provided with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1: Quality control
a. We have a strict quality control system. This ensures garments are in great condition for the ongoing customer and ultimately, to extend the life of each garment. Items are dry-cleaned (eco-friendly) after every use and steamed thoroughly to de-wrinkle. However, please note we do not hold responsibility for what happens during postage – and items may arrive with the odd wrinkle during this delivery period
b. Please be mindful that our vintage items have led a precious life and may tell their story through minor imperfection. We do not offer any refunds or swaps if customers are unhappy with the minor imperfections in items, both designer and vintage, we will always do our best to disclose any flaws the garment in the description.
a. All information provided to Goldie’s Wardrobe, under Goldie Club Limited, is confidential and will not be passed on to any other persons or services. Customers can feel safe when purchasing with us knowing that their card details will not be saved in our server.

3. Damages and/or loss of item
a. Peace of Mind is an optional add-on service that allows you a stress-free rental. By opting in, we cover any minor rip and stain damage up to the cost of $200NZD. If you do not opt into this service and the dress is returned with repairable damage, you are liable to pay the full cost of repair for the item.
b. If the item is damaged beyond repair, or loss of item occurs, you are liable to pay the full cost to replace the item. The replacement cost of each item is determined by Goldie Club Limited, and by hiring from our services; you agree that this cost will be provided to you at the time of damage and/or loss.
a. Goldie Club Limited does not offer holds on any items. If you wish to book in advance, you must do so by completing the payment process in full.
b. Payment in full is to be made in order to secure a booking.
c. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are processed for any reason (including event cancellation, wrong booking period, lockdowns). However, we understand there is some extreme circumstances, so if you wish to dispute any issue with fair reasoning, you can send an email and we can monitor on a case-by-case basis.
5. Delivery / Return of items
a. We operate on a four-day rental timeframe. This allows you days on either side of your event to receive the item and return it. We send all items on a tracked courier service, allowing us to follow the item from door to door. If the item has been marked delivered, and you have not received it, Goldie Club Limited is not at fault. If this results in loss of item, you are liable to pay for the item in full for providing incorrect delivery information and/or potential theft of item. Please note, this is after confirmation from our courier company regarding confirmed delivery.
b. With your item, you will also receive a return bag and courier label. All you must do then is place the item inside and drop it to your nearest post office, allowing us to track the item from door-to-door.
c. You are liable to pay for the loss / misplacement of any item if you do not use and/or provide Goldie Club Limited with tracking information.
6. Overdue Items
a. If the item is not returned by the date stated, a $30 fee will be charged to the customer for every additional day the item is not returned. If after 30 days, the item is still not returned, the customer is liable to pay the full replacement cost of the item.
b. However, if Goldie Club Limited can track the item and see the item is on its way and / or the hold up is the fault of the courier company, the customer is not liable to pay the additional $30 per day late fee.
7. Returns and Refunds
a. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any of our Rental Items unless Faulty.
b. If a Garment does not fit, we offer a credit note to be used within 6 months on another rental on our website, customer must notify us within 24hours of receiving the garment, Customer must cover all shipping costs.
c. A full refund will be provided to the customer if the rental is not in the described condition, customer must disclose within 3 hours of the chosen garments’ arrival providing pictures with what is not up to the described standard. Any damage outside of the 3-hour time period will be deemed as the customers responsibility.
a. Goldie Club Limited reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect any outstanding amounts due from you as outlined in these terms and conditions. This is including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies. All debt collection fees will be at your expense. We would really hate to use this option, so please do not let it happen.
