Shipping & Return Policy

Policy

We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible. All orders are sent the day after your order confirmation on a tracked overnight service. Shipping is $7 within regional areas and $12 for rural areas. You will be provided this tracking number to follow your item from door-to-door. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Returns 

Orders are eligible for return as long as they fit the below criteria.

- in original packaging with tags on
- within 14 days of the date of arrival

We are happy to refund or exchange your order for a different size. Please note for refunds or exchanges you will have to cover the cost of shipping back to Goldie Club. Any issues please email us on chat.goldieclub@gmail.com
